We’re Hiring for Administration Staff
Location : Sudirman, Jakarta
PT. Hanwa Indonesia (Export & Import Trading Company in Steel, Food, Energy & Material Industry) is looking for a reliable and organized Administration Staff to support our growing business. If you have experience in trading or logistics, it will be an advantage.
Job Descriptions:
1. Managing procurement documents and updating records
2. Preparing purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation
3. Supporting vendor communications and order tracking
4. Handling daily administrative tasks related to stock and procurement
5. Conducting regular inventory checks and generating reports
Qualifications:
1. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Excel
2. Demonstrates diligence and a strong work ethic
3. Hardworking and committed to achieving team goals
4. Able to learn rapidly and adapt to dynamic situations
5. Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks and responsibilities
