Requirements:

1. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

3. Experience in handling employee relations

4. Ability to analyze and Detail-oriented

5. Good time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities

6. Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus

7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
