Agung Sedayu Group is looking for Quantity Surveyor to join our team!

Job Descriptions:

- Estimating volume and price of building

- Making project tender

- Price negotiating with supplier and contractor

- Monitoring and controlling project’s cost vs budget.

- Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.

Job Qualifications: 

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

- 3 years as experience in the same field. Experienced in Landed Houses Project, High Rise, and Infrastructure in Developer Company, Contractor or Consultant Quantity Surveyor will be an advantage.

- Strong capabilities in computer program such as Ms. Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3dsMax, 3D Illustrator

- Preferred candidate who possess administration and filing data skill

- Willing to working at Pantai Indah Kapuk - North Jakarta
