PT Kopi Bintang Indonesia (Tomoro Coffee) is looking for Admin Purchasing

Job Requirement:

-) Bachelor degree's in any discipline

-) Min experience 1 years

-) Willing to be placed at Landmark Pluit North Jakarta

Job Descriptions:

-) Checking Purchase Requests Mitra and creating Purchase Orders in the system

-) Submit an Approval Purchase Order to the Purchasing Head

-) Sending Purchase Orders to Vendors

-) Archiving Purchase Order Documents.

-) Check and make payment vouchers (Purchase Invoice)

-) Check the delivery of goods from vendors to the Warehouse / Store

-) Coordination with Warehouse and BD for receiving goods from vendors

Willing to be placed Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta
